FPS SoluTioN!

Hi,I hope y'll are fine n good.
I just need help related to FPS.In MCNR usually my FPS are 30-40 but in others server it's 80-90.
My Laptop Specifications are
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-5010U CPU @ 2.10Gz
I've tried each n everything like Crash.asi VII limit adjuster,silent patch e.t.c.
My Framelimiter is OFF.
My Visual graphics are LoW.
No cleo or modloader.
I've also tried crash.cfg limit to 1 but still same FPS result.
My screen resolution is 800x600,l can't play on 640 resolution.




Many ppls have tried to help me but all in VAIN.

Please don't reply usless you have any useful information.

try lower your resolution see if that helps. yeah its not ideal but will beat 40 fps

l've tried still 10 FPS boosted only.
Inside a interior FPS are 80-90 but at outside it insta sets to 40

close every running application on your PC like web browsers that are using memory and resources.

you got mcnr problem only? I've told you to get a CLEAN gta folder (around 4 GB). Not something lower than that. They have many things removed. I'll upload my GTA SA to Google Drive and will post.. if that doesn't even help... then no more suggestions from me other than resetting your PC.
