Might sound stupid at first but there are cases where during 5 minute time of threat status, a person can get jailed, bribe someone, and become a wanted again. And despite the time It's punishable to kill said person. It shouldn't be confusing especially for newer players

make if player dies or got arrested his last 5 min crimes be white just like normal ones +1 after those 5 mins crimes (threat)highlighted with some other colour
