The vehicle owner(driver) is my friend, and i was just having fun with him without teaming with him. He doesn't have any complaint against me for doing it.

If he himself makes a report against me than feel free to infract me

Just respawn the car on the road and carry on.

This is disruptive behaviour though, and I will infract Akeno 1 point for this.

Also, do not be extorting/blackmailing people for money in exchange to drop reports, it makes the report look like its petty.
