This happens rarely. And it's common in servers with more players. Still too rare to find one.

exactly my point. but frequent bugs and glitches keep happening with techo on daily basis and not with other players. any justification?

Yes,He uses some mods (like weapons,road and some others) that's why he just met with some bugs/glitches..

yup, you can see he's got many texture and maybe hud mods as well
which leaves us to a conclusion it isn't a bug but a glitch caused by his own installed mods
