Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?Because I'm innocent, action logs don't provide enough context.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?Killed non threat: Zeeler and vaesas + SimonBolivar - Simon bolivar stole a car of one of them, and was driving it. I've blown it up which resulted in vaesas dying from explosion damage, zeelar took one shot by accident, and died by himself as he pressed N (I did nothing wrong at this point), and as for Bolivar. He was posing enough threat for me to take him down, aiming at me from far away. (Weapon threat range was exceeded) Destroying car of [T]Dugkat. - He has already forgiven me, we've consulted that in PM's, PSO was unnecessary, ask him If you want (He stated it on forums himself).
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?If I did this then I saw what I'm doing. Jacking corpse's car (constantly), No It wasn't constant I just took or once or twice, and didn't chase him after he kicked me out.
Any more information to provide?I'd like all of my XP recovered, and 50k worth of weapons refunded, thanks.

Actually I witnessed the incidents myself, Zeeler stole your supply drop and was running away when you blasted the poor nonthreat soul with M4 and killed him. I could understand the vaesas part, he died by explosion but that's why I included these both things in a single PSO. I didn't see Simon aim at you aswell, all I saw was you blasting that poor nonthreat soul with 2 deadly sniper shots when he was trying to run away, short after that you ran away. Regarding the PSO for the [T]Dugkat report, it's already done and I appreciate you both talking it out, but you were too late and I already dealt with the report and gave the punishment.

Us talking it out with dugkat was before HolyLord was questioned, so we can skip that, you just misread a thing It's fine, just look back at the report, and where he said it. As I said, I'm fine with 2 PSO's removed (Considering that punishment will be lowered, and one of PSO's will be changed for only killing zeeler, and that Dugkat thingy)

The only thing I will be able to do is to revoke the [T]Dugkat's PSO since I did not see that you talked it out while you were talking. But even that will only revoke your job ban, your XP would still be lost. It's not me manually deciding the outcome of the PSO, there is an automated system for this.

Well stop lying and reasoning i was there when u killed simon and q2 for evade punishment and didnt back after city change we was chasing him togotver but you killed him as he is unarmed and non threat (you think yourself smart) well you deserve that I give this infromation to Mscnr Teams , an am speak as Witness okey ?

1 PSO will be revoked, as a result job ban will be revoked but XP will be lost.
