After discussing it with Karbz, they agree the warning is fair. Asking a cop to uncuff you is equivalent to telling the cop to break the rules because cops are required to arrest criminals that they see especially if they've cuffed them. If anything, the warning serves to draw a line as to what is and isn't allowed for future reference.
