Highlight threat crimes in /crimes

So now that killing a non threat in the presence of threats is clearly ruled as not allowed, i think it would be smart to add a highlight on /crimes that somehow very clearly portrays if theres a threat crime.

could be anything basic, like just having threat crimes in /crimes be highlighted in red, or something like that

would simplify checking the crimes, and also make it faster should you need to do it in a battle or something similar

also wouldnt have to think about what crimes are threat and what arent

it would also make sense to only highlight threat crimes that have happened in the 5 minutes when its allowed to kill someone

theres a thing that a sus sometimes fires shots but still they cant be seen in /crimes nor /actions but they make them threat and if they report a cop. cop will have to provide video evidence which is bad make it can be seen in /actions or /cr
