Not able to use video poker but can do gambling

I have tried multiple times to use video poker but still cant do anything i can open poker put price and everything but cant use the part where actual gambling starts if someone can send video of having same problem it will help a lot pls i dont want any argument here so dont say anything unless u know the problem

Why is this in general? Get a video evidence and report it in bug reports section with the proper format
