hehe lol i forgot i have max draw distance +in pc specs core i3 3rd gen with not any kind of graphic system 4 gb ram +512 or 1 tb hard disk xd

My first low end laptop with the same specs could run this game at 60 to 80 fps on average.

Try checking out this thread and do the methods I provided. Get a clean GTA SA folder from a trusted site.

@Corpse I just saw that you use Windows 10. So why don't you use Xbox Gamebar to record your gameplay instead of the unknown shit iTop recorder?
