Remove /vfix for Seasparrows

The cops who use seasparrows just easily fix their car when they land on tall buildings, and they don't even have to get out of the aircraft, then they go down on me again to disrupt my DICK operations. In the perfect world it would be nice to completely remove seasparrows from the game, but these are some of the scenarios that are really annoying when Seasparrow appears:

You happily shoot officers from the top of the building while they cannot even touch you when you are up there, but when this happens to you, it's a major problem?
Seasparrow is a nerf for rooftop stunters and tank criminal vehicles.

Hank said correct that it shouldn't be allowed to use /vr /vfix on seasparrow or any other cop vehicle including cars in pd and make it more sensible place a police compound checkpoint on carrier. And show warning like undercover /police cars cannot be repaired with /vr

I think this is a fair idea. Seasparrows are supposed to be limited. Having the ability to infinitely repair them is just dumb.
