Trucking Job Doesnt refresh and creates a un-damageable trailer

- Your in-game name - Jay_Dee

- What happened? - Trucking Job did not refresh the cargo when mission failed or ended. This then created a non damageable cargo trailer already with cargo loaded. So when i started the next Mission i already had the new cargo loaded into my box trailer and only had to deliver it instead of having to reload the new cargo and deliver. Also upon reproducing the issue i noticed that my trailer health would stay at 100% and not take take any damage from crashes etc.

    - Where were you? Happens in any city.

    - What were you doing? a normal trucking mission.

    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time? No special circumstances. 0.00% PL and 31 ping.

- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before? I was able to replicate the issue multiple times just to check it wasnt a bad sync or something.

- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible.? Start any trucking job and collect the cargo from any location. Once loaded let the timer end so you fail or end the Mission. Continue to start a new Job and thats all. you will see an undamageable trailer and the new cargo pre loaded ready to deliver.

because we can literally fake collect one random cargo, end the cargo before delivering it and deliver the random cargo as a special cargo mission without collecting the special cargo.

Description	If you pick a cargo, load it, go into a store(or fail the mission), you select another mission, it creates an indistructible cargo and you will have not to load it again.
