/dw is bugged while dropping parachute that was given by an aircraft

- What happened?: The command to drop weapons is bugged while dropping a parachute (given by an aircraft).
    - Where were you?: N/A
    - What were you doing?: Trying to drop the parachute given by aircraft.
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?: No.
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?: Yes. Yes.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible: Get in an aircraft and get off. Then try to /dw it. Until you pick the dropped parachute and redrop it, it wont go away from ur weapon slots.

Issue	/dw does not work for certain weapons
Description	/dw command does not work for certain weapons. I think if you pickup the weapon(like find it/receive it from a context), you can't /dw it. I know 3 items like this.
