Actions system broken

I was accused of attacking [K]$wagger's personal vehicle when I was attacking ELPOP22EL7OP, who was driving a black bullet (presumed to be [K]$wagger's PV). /actions incorrectly showed me attacking [K]$wagger's PV. I was reported for this, and started recording.

I was then attacked by ELPOP22EL7OP again. I immediately checked /actions and it again incorrectly showed me attacking M3E6's PV. Action logs are available at 00:28 in the video.

@M3E6 asked me to post a bug report.

It is working as intended, but the information given is misleading to staff looking at it. If its being driven by a non-owner that shouldbe indicated who its being driven by.
