Ban/infraction reason and details	I'm NEW in SA-MP so i just playing mcnr then i just tried to use a mod of teleporting i know CLEO mods wont work on multiplayers so i just turend on the teleporter (its only for my real SA game) and i sawed that my Cheat menu working!! without characters so i just trying to find the teleporter but i turned the jet pack Then something appeared that "you were banned for 1 YEAR cheats detected jetpack detected" NO!!!!!! i quickly deleted that ******* mod plzzzz admins i got a permanently ban from a VCMP's server that i loved i also loved this server too much plzzzzzzz unban me it will be my best present in Christmas I WONT USE THAT MOD PLZ  FORGIVE ME
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	For using cleo mods [i didn't understood whts the mean of this line for my screwing English]
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	i told everything also not understood this line...   :-|
