unable to pick up clue box in treasure hunt

i was doing treasure hunt when i faced this bug. I couldn't pick up the first clue... i had my usual ping (150 - 180) and my usual packetloss. Relog didn't help
This has happened to one more time but after this ended and the next treasure hunt started i was able to pick up again. Both of the times this Bug happened at the same location. Building site (LV)

Either the bug is rare or you got desynced or it is your internet because Me and @Ardealul spent 2 hours trying to replicate this bug but all the treasure clues that spawned exactly at that position shown in the video was collectable for both of us
Now I'm not going to jump to conclusions I'll give this report 1 week to provide another evidence of the bug happening. If failed to provide evidence within the given time I'll remove it to Invalid Bugs.
