Add painkillers

Just add a medicine/painkillers call It how you want so when you get food poison or STD you dont need to go to Hospital or call a medic when there are no medics

This would make diseases completely useless..

EDIT: Tell you what. I'll add it, but I'll only make it stop the effects for 10 minutes or something, rather than actually curing it.
