Special cargo PAYOUT bugged

The 1st bug with it is the reward you get from special cargo, You get less money than the special cargo announcement in chat








The 2nd bug is , sometimes you get a vehicle id in a random location as special cargo and u cannot complete it.

same happened with me, It was like 280k and got around 57k

Seems as though this issue never got logged or fixed. Issue still persists. This will be logged and investigated.
