413 Request Entity Too Large

I've been trying to make a post in Infraction appeal where the details are required but I am getting this error everytime I click on Post. Please fix this. Thank you.

upload your video files on youtube or Streamable and as for your pics upload them to Imgur

Bro, there aren't any videos, just one screenshot in the attachments and it's still giving me an error.
