About casino age limiting system i know it makes game like real life that age is limited but the main game aka gta sa single player dosent have limit and here we can lie about our age to just like use it when we are even 12 or 13 just remove it already most of players cant use gambling cuz they used their real age and as for me it means i have to wait 1 more year and 1 month just to use a gambling ability to get more money in game? come on game is already hard when we have like 10000 cops at least open this way for money.

As much as we are aware that this is an 18+ game, we are not going to ignore the elephant in the room. There are underage children playing. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it and as such it's our responsibility to make sure children do not gamble, although its close to impossible to determine in case someone's underage if we have even the slightest suspicion it is entirely within our discretion to suspend the alleged users' ability to gamble in the server at least until they are 18 years old. Not only does this serve as a shield for younger folks who don't know what gambling is and therefore never find out, but also protects us from any sort of law enforcement entities who may or may not launch an investigation on us (yeah, im not kidding).

This is how its gonna be and although you guys may beg to differ, it won't change for the sake of these very children.

then why we can do 18+ when we are underage but cant gamble make it make sense bruh like we are allowed to do 18+ stuff but we cant gamble like wtf
plus that even the orignial game store (steam) even gave us permission to fake our age and buy it and they didnt even gave casino age restriction system just remove it already there is no point of having this

These are 2 entirely different things let me put it in comparison for the both of you :

Fucking a prostitute in game =/= fucking a prostitute in real life. You cannot simulate the "pleasure" you receive irl through a game, therefore any child coming across this kind of stuff wont even know what it really is.

Smoking weed in a game =/= smoking weed in real life. You need LUNGS, a MOUTH and a JOINT to actually know what weed is like, you have none of these ingame because you are in a virtual world with virtual people and therefore you dont get any taste of what it's really like. Again, children that come across their character using weed won't even understand what it is.

GAMBLING IN A GAME = GAMBLING IN REAL LIFE. In real life casinos you have video poker, blackjack, poker so on and so forth. Only real thing you are missing are the cards which you cannot touch physically but that's not even relevant seeing as their only purpose is to show you "your hand" which is VISUAL. Anything that's strictly visual can easily be replicated electronically which is why the concept of online gambling/betting exists and is very functional. Blackjack/poker in a game = Blackjack in real life because the only thing you are missing is a real dealer which isn't even a problem because the dealer can easily be replaced with AI for the exact same effects. Don't get me started on video poker or roulettes as those can be very EASILY made electronic.

My point is casinos in real life can easily be made online as it requires no interaction from you, at least not physically. You don't consume anything, you don't have any sex with anything - its all simply visual. The games you see in real life can also be made virtual. A simple google search of "online casinos" gets you back with A MILLION RESULTS. Would you have the same luck by googling "online prostitute" or "online weed"? I don't think so. I rest my case.
