When you park your car a considerable distance away after buying armor and premium tires, approximately 10 minutes later, the car's health points (HP) reset to 1000, and the tires revert to 5. The car seems to respawn and return to the garage automatically. When you use the "/v" command to bring the car back to your location, you can observe this reset happening.
