Dwayne Island bug

The problem here is most of the land of dwayne island is fucked and you cant walk on it, you either go through it or fall below it.

One thing is that it might be unfinished, Because it has no use as well (Can be it that it isn't supposed to do at all too).

I went there about, Twice, And it was pretty solid for me, Could you please go there again and tell if it was the same or not?
