Can not connect the server,server no respond

I wonder why I can not connect the server and server no respond,my Internet is all good.Im not sure if I was banned cuz I have not break any rules.

1. Try Restarting your computer, and also your router/mobile data

2. Reinstall your game with clean one thought also samp r5 "if so"

 See if those steps working or not..

I've tried these methods and it didn't solve the problem. I play on PC. I can connect to other servers normally except MCNR

Delete the server from your favourites and add it again, use play.mikescnr.com:7777 this time.

No it dint work,I see the notice "Retrieving info...",and players/ping---0/0/0

Try this " Enter play.mikescnr.com in the address bar. The port does not need specifying as it will default to 7777."
