What is the point of having to read it for 10 seconds, anybody can rob/kill/arrest you during this time and you cannot do anything, can't close it, decline or accept it, you can keep the popup it's fine but why is there a timer for it

This now saves to player accounts. You'll only see the popup once then never again :)
