Being able to spectate players after 1v1 duel ends

The issue here is when u spectate someone and when the duel finishes you are still able to spectate him. The weird thing is that sometimes its fixed but sometimes after the player dies you are still spectating him.

Wanna add that i tried this again and i found out that you can spectate other players too that werent in the duel after the 1v1 ends. Video below
