It's pretty annoying to be fighting a player and approach to a weapon on the ground and have your character stand still doing the automatic weapon pick up animation.
A good way to solve this problem would be to add an option to disable it in:
/settings --- > MCNR Settings ---> Gameplay ---> auto pick up ammo On/Off
