This is not enough evidence, I do not know what happened before he was shooting you, you might have rammed them, aimed at them or anything could have happened. If you do not have the required evidence I will mark this invalid due to insufficient proofs.

There was litteraly 10 seconds between the clips + I was low and not a madman ffs. And rammed him with what car when there was 10 seconds.

Not in between the 10 seconds, anything could have happened before the incident took place, since you do not have the evidence I will mark this invalid due to insufficient proofs, for future reports, you must have proper video evidence (which will prove that you had no past interaction) in order to prove cophunt / RDM.
