Spawning in random locations after dying as a cop

The issue is after i die as a cop i complete my desk duty and spawn at some random ass location in the city.This has happened to me a lot of times and its kinda weird but sometimes i spawn at the pd but sometimes i spawn in some random locations like this. I also experienced once after i died as a cop i didnt even have desk duty it just straight up spawned me in a random location but i wasnt recording at the moment and i dont have the video for that. I only have the videos when it spawns me in other locations.

Its not random in my opinion it only hapoens when if at the time u join u r not cop and when u become cop and get killed it spawns u there where u spawned when logged in
