Bet someone while dueling if i am dueling someone and other player bet on any of us by /bet [id] [amount] and let's say he bet on me 50k
so if i win he gets 100k, his own 50k and another 50k from the server, and if he lost he lost his 50k
and there will be limit like 100k to avoid abusing it for free cash

I don't think we need such a complex duel system with betting, map options, and instant teleportations. After all, this is a CnR server, and adding more game modes will only divide the players further. Imagine coming online and seeing that more than half of the online players are unreachable dueling in another world.

are you lost

this would be a simple addition. just /duel (id) (amount). if no amount is speficied, no bet is placed on the duel
