Buyable bus with limited seat drive-by eg (5 seat drive by 1+ driver seat drive-by) no..tthen why not? maybe it could buyable for donators or it should be expensive eg (1m prize) or if its not then make it as buyable in real life cash such as GBP eg (3 GBP) to make it fair for everyone...

BUS already has passenger seats; script wise this is not possible.
The same goes for the colours, as it already has predefined colour settings.
Two neons would need to be attached to the bus for it to look normal, as 1 neon is too short.
Car spoilers don't fit well with buses, and they would look dumb or be hard to see since the spoilers are literally on the roof.
