Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?]These infractions were wrongfully issued because I was punished on 9th of July and the rule was changed on 11th of July why was I punished for the thing that was not even existing at that time? Also, I'm apologizing for scamming,  had refunded @Draxxer 
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?Scammed a guy.
