This will give insane advantage to people who gang up as most wanteds, they would not let anyone play as most wanteds except for themselves.
I don't think bringing this rule back will be a good idea (I wasn't here when it existed before), it was probably removed for a reason

I know you're trying your best to get back on StaffTeam but it doesn't work this way Mody. Anyways every CNR server got something to start a war for example revenges or hits (never saw a bounty ingame) so whats the fun only driving around the map and then saying 'Ohhhh server is dying, nobody plays) Who even play samp to do missions and drive around the map? War keeps the server alive and thats fax.

Even today, you can see a lot of people completing missions and driving around the map (trucking), yet some of you decide to focus on the deathmatching part only. Most veteran players are only promoting deathmatch to newbies. You should show them the features of the server you have so far "mastered" instead of showing them how you can quickly fastswitch with weapons in a duel.

besides 3/4 of the server cares about dming. like i keep saying cops and robbers server usually goes to the dming shit. yall are no accepting it for some reason

I posted this suggestions, a single or couple months after this rule was updated. A long ass discussion and argument was done there.
In the end Karbz closed the topic with the decision that Community Vote will decide the future of this rule, but that vote never happened. I'll try to find that topic for you.

Cops are supposed to be chasing down criminals and locking them up, so assigning this task to other criminals in the form of MW hunting makes the game extremely difficult for the average player. Not everyone has a crew to support them ingame.

Not only that, but back when this was a thing, you'd see groups of players ingame targeting specific people and killing them over and over again, which I don't think is fun and would most likely drive people away from the server.

There are better ways to improve the server.

It doesn't matter how many times this is suggested to be bought back, we will not be implementing this feature of the server again. The server is a cops and robbers server, its not a death match server which it seems many players actually think it is. If you want a deathmatch server, there are plenty of Russian servers around that allow constant deathmatching or even Bewz so go play there if you want to deathmatch so badly.

I understand that many people did enjoy this little feature when it was allowed, but it was a headache for new players or even regular players of the server. The fact you couldn't become most wanted without needing to worry about cops, let alone normal players who will kill other most wanted players without hesitation. Its removal was also because there are always a particular group of players who would drive around targeting new players or individuals constantly.
