limit /1v1 use

Subject says alot, i don't even play but i know it's annoying since everyone is making montages only with duel clips, it's not annoying but they're avoiding the fun for others. What's the point of being a civilian only dueling and not doing a crime so others who plays as cops can do something to play? And then crying about MCnR dying, no players online and shit.

All i wanna say is to limit using /1v1 cmd . for example limit it to 5 uses / gameday like a single player can duel 5 times in 24 minutes even if someone else send duel invitation to them.

Pretty good suggestion, however som's 1v1 removal sounds like a better idea, combined with puuro's idea to bring in sacnr like duels.

Removal would be better, but since some will cry if 1v1s get removed, limitation would be good too. Atleast when you join the game won't see 90% of civilians dueling. It just makes the server not interesting, no crimes, no war, no robbing. Cops out of service.

Just got another reason to Implement this Suggestion. Imagine if i got revenge on someone, he would duel a friend 20 times and the time for my revenge expires. Here's one more reason to implement this. 5 duels won't expire 30min that i got to get revenge (correct me if im wrong with the revenge time)
