This is not a joke suggestion, we're being serious right here.

MCNR should introduce buyable unbans for 25 euro. Imagine how much money Mike would make from that? Repeated offenses should be 2x expensive so 25>50>100 EUR (Being banned after buying an unban) etc. That kind of money would encourage Mike to work on the game and also would contribute to his personal situation.

To be honest, I doubt Mike would make much money from such a service given how easy it is to avoid bans in SAMP, but there is no harm in trying  :D

I'd like to mention that. This won't eliminate traditional way of getting unbanned, appealing it with evidence. It I'll just be a second way out for lowlifes who obviously cheated and are willing to support mike

Why not even support the developer that is giving you the everyday fun? It's a + + for both sides. Mike and the victim. But the unban should be purchasable ONLY if the ban duration exceeds 30 days. If the ban is permanent, then players cannot buy it or the price will be 2x.

Once bought, the player can buy it again after a year.
