Details      So,I talked to @Maple about my situation,but i think he didnt fully settle it.Let me explain the situation again: I bailed from jail and went to the evidence locker from which I got 2 wanted stars,left PD and went to regroup with my mates.On the way to Willowfield,I got my 3rd wanted star (reason was not pulling over).Went inside of the ammunation to refill my armor and when I stepped outside,[TB]arpa+flaw+reaper11 started shooting me (while i was still non threat).Maple only warned reaper11,but I am not satisfied with that warn too,because it isnt the first time that reaper11 has shot non threats.
