Exclusive Buildings

Today, I was roaming around cities and many amazing buildings are there in cities, which can be used to make something interesting and exclusive purpose like Art Gallary, Museums, Theatres, Jewellery Stores, many more and it will require custom interior maps.

It would be fun if these can be robbable and loot amount(50k-70k) can be robbed once in a day(In-Game 24 Hours) or different and new special type of heist.
Mostly, MCNR features are realistic. This can add some more realism.

It's not a museum though.

And the LS "art gallery" is canonically a theater:


The "jewelry showroom" is a civic building:


The Atrium is based on a hotel... can a hotel be robbed? I guess it can. (But I'd love some hotel functionality added at some point as well)

Conference Center is already taken up by something else in future updates, so not likely.

As for SF... I'm pretty sure this one was listed as a library in the singleplayer sub-mission? Will check in a while (UPD: yeah)

This building can be used as Casino in SF. Name could be Da Nang Casino(named on a gang of SF Na Dang Boys)

It's possibly because there's the theater nearby (just round the back) and the name is kind of related to that.
But anyway, we don't really need to strictly stick to Rockstar's intentions. Unless it's really obvious.
Anyone would look at the building and think it's an art gallery because of the banners.

Yeah exacly... it looks like a Theatre if you ignore the banners on the building.
