Invalid complaint - Dan was not actively in the server at the time of the rule change about revenge no longer being affected by the city changing. Due to this I declare this complaint as invalid against Dan, although it is a staff members responsibility to ensure they are up-to-date with any rule and regulation changes that occurred nobody is perfect and we will occasionally make mistakes and/or go by what we previously knew was correct. I have had a chat with Dan regarding this matter just telling him to get up-to-date with changes that have occurred and if he is unsure to ask.
