After leaving the Modshop, the money you haven't spent should be put back in your bank account. This would stop someone from robbing you really easy when you leave the shop. I'd imagine this would be pretty easy to implement, just check how much cash you have before you enter, then give you the money, and once you exit, set the cash to it's original state and put the difference in your bank account.
