Allow the Medic/Firefighter to kill if they're robbed 5K or more or 10K or more.
For more elabruation, They are not allowed to kill the robber if they're robbed around 1K to 4K, But if it's 5K or more, They are (or 10K, You decide).

+1, we have to go off duty to kill them, after that time cash wont be dropped after killing them
