Details		I was a ticketable suspect, tried to join hank while some cop in sparrow was attacking, there was a supply drop left by dani which i wasn't aware of, took the decoy supply drop and got down, he comes out of nowhere and kills me

And then when i reported him in-game, this nibba insta rejected my report saying invalid, and i dont think supply drop theft is a threat to cops.

Funny how you are admitting it and you are still continuing the report, So you already admit that you were with Hank_Montgomery while he was MostWanted which is a threat suspect and you as non threat playing with a threat suspect makes you both threat, not sure if that's some where announced but at least use common sense at this point If i didnt take the kill, there were around 3 other cops I guess if I didn't take the kill others would and this would be the same case, And about marking the report as invalid there were no online managers to deal with it and I didn't want you to feel like we are useless here I was about to explain to you why it is invalid but you went quick to /q

Non-threat criminals hanging around with threat ones are considered as threat as well.
