3 Things to make It clear.

I popped him so the bug will be more clear, also a reason why I did this to an admin. So I can speak it out instantly

I spoke it up with the admin who I killed, and It's fine cause I refunded him and all so no problems

I demand payment for latest report of same bug few months ago.

While the momir's case was cased by external reasons (him spamming f near a car) It still proves that bug is persistent just slightly harder to replicate.
