health and armour getting refill bug

as the tittle says and the video shows, this happens alot
sometimes people when they get damaged by an explosion (grenade/veh explosion) they loose their health/armour and suddenly it get refilled

its a known bug, Cashewz got banned for the same reason in the past some of the staff members thought he was cheating (health cheat) and he was banned for months until somebody else
actually encountered the same bug but nowadays it's pretty much more common back than it wasn't.

i have no idea what is the cause of this neither a way to reproduce it.

This was reported over a year ago and nobody was able to replicate it.
I can't fix a bug if nobody can replicate it.

IssueExplosions can give a heal if also getting shot at.
DescriptionIf the player is hit by an explosive and also getting shot at, the explosion gives a heal instead of damage. Affects both armor and health.
