LSPD Speaker from non-emergancy vehicles

It happens whenever the suspects are on foot, You press 2 and the LSPD Speaker appears no matter what your vehicle is, Isn't that sound supposed to be for Police Emergancy Vehicles?

Unfortunately, this isn't GTA IV/V and police cruisers don't have megaphones of their own, so this is the closest thing to those that the game files have.

UPD: If you mean this sound is being played from non-police vehicles, then there probably is a problem. In my experience, it's usually the on-foot quotes that are played in them.

I don't see any issue with that, this is just how it's supposed to be developed as AllyLily said.
