Anti-bug abusing system doesn't detect C-bug

- What happened?: Today I reported someone for C-bugging. And in the footage, I saw him doing it rapidly and not getting froze. So I thought I should test it if it gives any warning or not. And I came to know it doesn't. Also, it doesn't matter which kind of C-bug we do. Pressing C to avoid the whole animation counts as a bug abuse.
    - Where were you?: It doesn't matter.
    - What were you doing?: N/A
    - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?: No, I think.
- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?: Yes, it is. And yep, it happened to other players too.
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves: Do C-bug like new players. Not the fast C-bug.

On a side note, please remove your custom crosshair. It's not allowed on MCnR server.

It must be man. Players can easily abuse this system until the owner do something about it.
