Bring back the army skin!

 since there is no longer rhinos nor hydras in the server, The army skin should be back but with some modifications:

-it should be only available for rank 10 cops

Advantages:

• will be able to spawn near rustler/seasparrow (should be considered the main skin for pilots and only army can fly rustler/seasparrow)
• spawns : patriot,Barracks and rank 10 army should be able to spawn cargobob at the closest open place

disadvantages:

• army skin users will not be able to use any pd vehicle including the police maverick
• shouldnt be able to issue a ticket
• shouldnt be able to accept any bribe
• shouldnt be able to parole anyone
• low tazer ammo

Imo it should be added only for donators, to limit the number of users who has access to it.[/list]

I like the idea of an Army job but from what I recall it was mentioned that this would never be released (correct me if I'm wrong).

Maybe the army skin could be introduced as a "SAPAS" - San Andreas Police Air Service:

* Cops can change into the SAPAS skin and have the ability to spawn at any PD's helipad/Area 51/other military bases
* SAPAS can spawn a rustler/seasparrow/police maverick the same way police vehicles are spawned
* SAPAS are allowed to drive PD vehicles (they need to be able to drive to an aircraft) but are not allowed to engage in a pursuit unless in an aircraft/passenger of PD vehicle
* SAPAS cannot start a pursuit on-foot or in a car but may engage a suspect if they were initially chased in an aircraft but abandoned it
* Can only engage orange suspects (no ticketing or telling to pull over yellow suspects)

Well, I guess he has a point over there.
Army was originally had to be planned for release since 2019, but it was reverted apparently.

Plus, if anyone needs to take the revenge but happens to have deal with someone flying with a Rustler all over the place without a chance of getting outran whatsoever, then I'm strictly against this suggestion. I hate dealing with these kind of people whom are so desperate over this game.

And about the revenge part u can still spawn at pd and take the police maverick it will give u like 1 min chance to take your revenge, goodluck with that

Imo civs should also be able to fly rustler thats the only way to balance it

i also thought of that but sadly there isnt always mws online especially at night, besides not anyone can deal with them thats why i suggested to make pilots unable to take bribes/parole and some other features to make it more fair

I am now strongly leaning towards wanting to bring back the army, but only in terms of the Rustler and Seasparrow, and they must apply for it for staff approval and can be job banned from it
