Are you using the SAlodlights mod? Because I have that too. The pyramid isn't touched by the MCNR script.

...not that I know of? I briefly installed a draw distance enhancer a while ago but don't use it anymore, and couldn't reproduce the glitch in single player (or on a different server either).
