NEW
- Introduces player vote-kicking. If a player is reported multiple times by different players they can be vote-kicked. This requires 5 unique players (relogging will not work either) to /report the player.

CHANGES
- Decreased effective range of tazer.
- Decreased effective time of tazer (4.5 seconds to 2.5 seconds).
- Decreased maximum fine/ticket/bail from $8000 to $5000.
- Decreased jail time by 5 seconds per wanted star (6 wanted stars is now 6 x 45 = 270 = 4.5 minutes, whereas it was 6 x 50 = 300 = 5 minutes).
- Emergency vehicles can no longer be stored as personal vehicles. You can call for a job vehicle from the interaction menu (job abilities).
- Changing name (/changename) to an account that exists is no longer permitted. The name you wish to change to must not already be an existing account. This is both to prevent abuse/misuse and also to prevent bugs with account data loss or corruption.
- Changing name is now time-limited (30 minutes).
- Checkpoints are now disabled for 5 seconds rather than 10 when recently attacked to match interior enter/exits.
- Added info regarding blue car icon on radar when 'Vehicle can be scrapped' message shows.
- All moving security gates now allow players on a trucking mission to enter in order to get to their destination (e.g. at the airport or K.A.C.C).

FIXES
- Fixed issue where players were unable to deposit cash into bank account if primary cash source setting (/settings) was set to take cash from bank first.
- Fixed invisible wall blocking players inside Idlewood carwash.
- Fixed an issue with taze/cuff where if a cop started to cuff a player before the taze animation finished the player being cuffed could move around even if not broken free from cuffs.
- Fixed a bug where if a player was refuelling a vehicle (holding sprint) and then entered their vehicle while holding JUMP they were not charged for the fuel.
- Fixed conflict between Securicar and treasure hunt mission panel display.
- Fixed ability to call for a taxi while dead or in an interior.
- Fixed ability to request a personal vehicle while dead/dying or in an interior.
- Fixed bug where if a player exported a personal vehicle the vehicle would be returned to storage afterwards.
- Fixed bug with anti-cop DM system where cumulative DM kills by cops were not counting to dismiss them.
- Fixed cop XP/rank not saving to account on demotion/dismissal.
- Fixed cop 'takedowns' stat not being increased for the cop. It was increasing the 'Times taken down' stat twice.
- Fixed bug where cops could place an unlimited number of spike strips which could never be removed. Spike strips are now limited to 5 per player.
- Fixed bug where a player could offer to break a prisoner out of jail while a break-out attempt was already in progress.
- Players can no longer rob an ATM while cuffed.
- Players can no longer rob a player while in the process of going on-duty (they wouldn't get a wanted level for it).
- Fixed issue where players could place roadblocks and spike strips at the same time.
- Fixed message cut-off for spike strip removal (/rspike) which said 'x spike strips within radius of [BLANK]'. Should have said 'of [distance] removed'.
- Spike strips are now removed when a cop goes off-duty.
- Fixed invisible LV bank building exterior.
- Fixed spike strips triggering for non-wheeled vehicles (e.g. helicopters).
- Fixed issue where the anti-cheat would be unable to remove a thought-to-be-cheat weapon continually and wrongfully ban the player.
