As for reducing duration, I've asked the admin who infracted/banned you in this case since they have rights to reduce it, and the answer I got from him is a "no", so your ban duration will be the same. Wait for 5months and do not evade your ban, hopefully you will learn from your mistake and refrain to do it again.
