DetailsThe cop intentionally rammed me with his vehicle just to get me on the ground which lead to death and he's not supposed to be ramming/killing non threat criminals.

Also, in the future please try to upload your videos on youtube/streamable, and if you are going to put a download link then please at least ensure that the video has acceptable quality.
