it might be anti cheat issues .
i guess it happens cause you can have 0 ammo of parachute.

will investigate more.

Note to self: Need to check if GivePlayerWeapon with a parachute can work with '0' as the ammo or if 1 is needed. I already did a fix like this for the Shovel.
