As a firefighter it depends on the mission you do, minimum xp you can get while doing firefighter mission is 5 xp the maximum is 50 xp it is easier to get to rank 10 firefighter but for medic all the missions just gives me 5 xp, i don't think that is fair for someone working as medic trying to get the "Best Worker of the week"
